Username, Password, and Security

- The Casino takes all possible measures to protect users' personal information from unauthorized use. Users' personal data is only accessible to Parties involved in providing services through the gambling website. Nevertheless, the Casino is not responsible for how this information may be used later by third Parties, such as software providers or affiliates.

Deposits and Withdrawals
- If you wish to participate in gambling on the website, you must make a monetary deposit. BAZZ Casino offers various payment methods. - You confirm and guarantee that:
- Funds deposited into your account are not of illegal origin.

- You agree to deposit funds into your account only from accounts/systems and/or cards registered in your name. The Company does not accept funds from third parties (friends, relatives, partners, spouses) or from persons under the legal age. If a violation of these conditions is found during verification, all winnings received will be confiscated and returned to the Company’s account. No bank transfer will be made to return such funds due to a breach of Company policy.
- If a bank transfer is necessary to return funds to the rightful owner, all bank fees/charges are paid by the recipient. The return is made within 30 days.
- We do not accept cash payments. The Company may engage third-party organizations for processing electronic payments and/or financial institutions to process both your deposits and withdrawals. If the terms of such third parties do not conflict with these Terms, you are responsible for complying with them.
- You agree not to refuse, cancel, or reverse any deposit transactions on your account and in such cases to return and compensate us for any unsettled funds, including any expenses we incur in collecting your deposits.
- The Company has the right to block your account, cancel payments, and recover any winnings in case of suspected or fraudulent deposit activities, including using stolen credit cards and/or any fraudulent activity (including chargebacks or payment cancellations), including deposits made for the purpose of exchanging between payment systems. We reserve the right to inform the relevant authorities (including credit agencies) of any payment fraud or other illegal activity. We may also use debt collection agencies to recover paid funds. The Company is not liable for any unauthorized use of credit cards regardless of whether a theft was reported or not.
- We may at any time deduct funds from your account to settle any debt to the Company.
- You acknowledge and agree that your account is not a bank account and, therefore, is not covered by any deposit insurance, guarantees, replenishment, or other protection mechanisms under banking or deposit insurance programs. No interest is accrued on the funds placed in your account. The casino is not a financial institution and should not be treated as one.
- You acknowledge and agree that currency exchange rates may fluctuate and the Company is not responsible for changes in exchange rates.
- You may request a withdrawal from your account at any time provided that all deposits made to your account have passed verification and no payment has been canceled or reversed. Also, all the data and documents you provided must be current and accurate at the time of the request.
- When requesting a withdrawal, you must consider the following:
- Your email must be confirmed. All profile fields must be completed with accurate and comprehensive data, and include at least one real and valid phone number.
- Funds must be withdrawn to the same payment instrument (same card, wallet, phone number, etc.) that was used for the deposit.
- To submit a withdrawal request, there must be no active bonuses or unfinished bonus games (free spins) on your account. To withdraw funds, you must first complete or cancel all active bonuses and free spins. Your deposit must be wagered. General deposit wagering rules: • Bets placed with bonus money are not counted. • For sports bets, the total amount of the bet is counted. Bets with the status "Refund" and "Cancelled" are not counted. If the "Cashout" option is used, the difference between the bet amount and the cashout amount is counted if the cashout amount does not exceed the original bet. • A lost deposit is not subject to wagering. A deposit is considered lost if less than 5% of it remains at the time of the next deposit. For Russia, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, and India: • The wagering requirement depends on the user's status and ranges from x1 to x3 of the deposit amount. • For sports wagering with a x3 requirement, the bet counts double towards the wagering requirement. For India and Brazil: • Bets in the "Roulette" and Instant Games categories count as 20% of the bet amount toward the wagering requirement. For other countries: • The wagering requirement is x1 of the deposit amount in casino and sports betting. The Company may cancel the withdrawal if the wagering requirements are not met or may deduct a 10% commission from the withdrawal amount to compensate for payment processing expenses. If a withdrawal is made with a commission, the wagering debt is reduced proportionally to the withdrawal amount relative to the total real funds in the account at the time of the withdrawal. If a risk-free strategy aimed solely at meeting the wagering requirement is used (for example, wagering the required deposit amount in roulette or Instant Games by placing bets with minimal expected return, such as betting on all numbers, or simultaneously on red and black, or punto and banco by one or more users, etc.), the Company may require the full deposit amount used in such cases to be wagered in Slot games or may withhold up to 25% of the withdrawal amount as a commission from the user's account.
- The casino reserves the right to verify the user's identity before making a payment and to withhold the payment during the time necessary for such verification. If false personal data is provided, the user may be denied payment and the account may be blocked. The user will be notified by email.

- The Company may review the bets made and withhold payments for the duration of the review. If fraudulent activities or any other actions aimed at exploiting website vulnerabilities or errors for personal gain are detected, the Company has the right to block or temporarily restrict access to the user's account. In such cases, the decision on the withdrawal of funds from the gaming account is made solely by the website administration.
Game Rules and Placing Bets on the Website
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any information related to your transaction before confirming the bet during the game.
- You can view your transaction history in your profile.
- We reserve the right at any time, partially or fully (at our sole discretion), to refuse to process any transaction requested by you through the website if you have violated the Terms. Bonuses
- Introduction This section contains the general Terms of Use for bonuses in our Casino. Please note that each bonus may have its own conditions, which will be available to you when accepting the bonus offer. You must understand the conditions of the bonus you participate in.
- General Rules
- A bonus is a gift from the Casino that can be received as bonus money, a deposit percentage, or free spins. A bonus can be either deposit-based or no-deposit. A deposit bonus is awarded for funding your balance. When receiving a deposit bonus, the bonus and the deposit amount are locked in the bonus account.
- A bonus is considered a 'free bet'. It cannot be considered a monetary equivalent. Cash alternatives, substitutions, transfers, or assignments of any bonuses are not allowed.
- You can refuse to receive all or a specific bonus at any time in the user profile. When using a compound bonus (deposit bonus and free spins), if the user cancels the first part of the compound bonus (deposit bonus), the second part – unused free spins or winnings obtained from free spins – will also be automatically canceled.
- Only one bonus can be active during a single special event unless otherwise approved by the Casino.
- Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. If multiple bonuses are present on one account, they are activated and wagered in order.
- The maximum amount of winnings obtained after wagering a no-deposit bonus is x10 of the received bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the bonus description. If the amount of winnings exceeds the limit, the excess will be deducted from the balance after wagering. The maximum amount available for withdrawal obtained after wagering a no-deposit bonus or won with funds received from wagering a no-deposit bonus is x10 of the received bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the bonus description. Any balance exceeding the stated limits will be deducted. To continue playing without withdrawal restrictions, first withdraw winnings obtained from the no-deposit bonus, then make a new deposit.
- Winnings obtained from wagering free spins are credited to the game balance with a wagering requirement. The wagering condition can be found in the specific bonus rules.
- In jackpot games, bets made while wagering a bonus are not counted.
- In Real Money category games, wagering with bonus funds is prohibited. However, when using a deposit percentage bonus, the real (non-bonus) part of the balance is available for use in Real Money category games.
- Only one user may receive a bonus per household address, IP address, device, phone number, and payment system account (QIWI, Skrill, PAYEER, credit card, etc.).
- When a bonus is canceled or expires, the bonus funds will be fully removed from the bonus account. Bonuses canceled by user decision or expiration are not subject to recovery.

- Bonus Wagering
Bonus wagering is the amount of bets you need to make before the bonus, including winnings credited to the bonus account above the bonus amount, is transferred to your real money balance and available for withdrawal.
After wagering is completed, the wagered bonus funds become available for withdrawal.
Bonus wagering conditions are specified in the rules for each specific bonus and are expressed as a multiplier (wager) of the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount.
The percentage of the bet that counts toward the bonus wagering differs by game category:
• In slot games, bets count at 100%. Exceptions are slots with user-adjustable volatility and Real Money category slots – 0%.
• In other categories and game types – 0%.
If the balance is 0 and there are no pending bets, the active bonus ceases to be valid and is no longer subject to wagering.
The contribution percentage from bets toward wagering may sometimes change without prior notice.
Bonus Cancellation
If the bonus is canceled before wagering is completed, both the bonus and bonus winnings earned above the blocked amount of the cumulative deposit bonus will be forfeited. - Bonus Mechanics
FIXED BONUS:
• The received bonus amount is locked until wagering is completed, and this bonus can only be wagered using real money.
• The real funds you deposit are used for making bets and wagering the fixed bonus. All winnings received during the wagering of the fixed bonus are credited to the user's real balance.
• A bonus can be wagered on any deposit as long as the bonus has not expired and no other bonus offers have been activated on the deposited funds.
• If a withdrawal request is made before the fixed bonus is wagered, the fixed bonus will not be canceled.
• Once the bonus is successfully wagered, the amount on your bonus balance associated with the active bonus will be transferred to your real money balance.
CUMULATIVE BONUS:
• The received bonus amount is immediately available for betting.
• When wagering a no-deposit cumulative bonus or free spin result, the bonus balance will be used for betting.
• When wagering a deposit-based cumulative bonus, the real money balance is used first. If insufficient funds are available, the bonus balance is used.
• All funds won above the received bonus amount are credited to the bonus balance. These can only be withdrawn after fulfilling the bonus wagering conditions. An exception applies to winnings from Real Money category slot games.
Playing with an active cumulative bonus in games outside the Real Money category
Betting:
• first, bets are deducted from the bonus balance (if available);
• then from the real part of the cumulative deposit bonus (the blocked deposit associated with the bonus) (if available);
• then from the bonus funds of the cumulative deposit bonus;
• and only then from real (unblocked) funds. This may be a new deposit not linked to a bonus or a bonus whose wagering has been completed.
Winnings:
• first, bonus funds of the cumulative deposit bonus will be replenished;
• then the real (blocked) part – the deposit linked to the cumulative deposit bonus;
• and then the winnings will be credited to the bonus balance.
Playing with an active cumulative bonus in Real Money category games
• The real part of the balance (real part = unblocked real funds + real funds blocked by the cumulative deposit bonus) is available for betting in Real Money category games. When switching to Real Money games with an active deposit bonus, the balance is cleared of bonus funds.
Betting:
• bets will first be deducted from real (unblocked) funds. This may be a new deposit not linked to a bonus or a bonus whose wagering has been completed; • then from the blocked portion of real funds (the funds for which the cumulative deposit bonus was activated). - Bonus Abuse Responsibility
Withdrawal of wagered bonus funds is only available to unique verified accounts.
In case of duplicate accounts or any mismatch between initially provided profile data and documents submitted for verification, received bonuses and all associated winnings, including those obtained from wagering, will be canceled.
If you have an active bonus and receive free spins or other bonus games in any game, you must complete their wagering before switching to another game. Placing bonus bets in another game with unfinished bonus games will be considered an intentional violation of Casino rules. Upon such violations, the Casino reserves the right to refuse any payouts and cancel all winnings obtained using such strategies.
Collusion, Misleading Actions, Fraud, and Criminal Activity
- The following types of activities are prohibited and considered a serious violation of the Terms:
- providing information to third parties;
- using any systems (including machines, computers, software, or other automated systems such as bots, etc.) to predict game results, place bets, or perform any other actions that may affect the outcome of the game;
- engaging in fraudulent actions in your favor, including using stolen, duplicated, or otherwise unlawfully obtained credit or debit card data to fund your account;
- participating in criminal activity, including money laundering and any other activities that may lead to criminal liability;
- attempting or entering into collusion and/or intending to directly or indirectly participate in collusion with another user during gameplay on the website;
- developing strategies aimed at unfair winnings, fraudulent actions targeting other online casinos or payment service providers, credit card chargebacks or reversal of previously made payments, or other types of fraud, or if the user, being bankrupt in their place of residence, provided false personal information during registration on the website.
- We reserve the right to block your account, as well as suspend or cancel payments/winnings:
- in case of a serious violation of the Terms as described in clause 11.1;
- if bets are placed by a client who may have access to information about the potential outcome of the event;
- if the client places a large number of bets on a specific outcome within a short period of time.
- The Company will do its best to detect and eliminate collusion and its participants. Appropriate measures will be taken against such individuals. We are not responsible for losses or other damages incurred by you or other users as a result of collusion, fraud, or other illegal actions. All actions and measures in such cases will be taken at the Company’s sole discretion.
- We use special technologies to combat any type of financial fraud on our website. Any attempt at fraudulent activity will result in the immediate blocking of the user’s account. In such cases, we are not obliged to refund or compensate any funds in your account. We also reserve the right to report the incident to the relevant authorities, and you are obliged to cooperate with the Company in investigating such matters.
- The Company prohibits the use of services and/or software to perform any illegal or fraudulent action or for illegal or fraudulent transactions (including money laundering) in accordance with the laws of your country. The Company reserves the right to suspend or block your account and any other accounts you may have in the system at any time, as well as withhold funds. In such a case, you waive all claims against the Company.
- The Casino reserves the right to close your account and return the remaining balance, minus the applicable withdrawal fee, without providing any reason or prior notice.
- Legal proceedings may be initiated against any user or other individuals who have manipulated or attempted to manipulate the Casino system, in accordance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
Other Prohibited Actions on the Website

If we suspect that you have attempted or are attempting to hack, access, or bypass our security system or software in any way, we will immediately block your access to the website's services and suspend your account. We also reserve the right to report the situation to the appropriate authorities.
- We are not responsible for any losses or damages you or any third party may incur due to malfunctions of information technology caused by attacks, viruses, or other technologically harmful materials while using the website and/or downloading materials contained on the website and/or links found on the website.
- It is strictly forbidden to sell or transfer accounts between game participants.
- If a user becomes aware of possible errors or defects in the software, he/she agrees not to exploit them. Moreover, the user is obliged to immediately report any error or defect in the software to the Casino. If the user fails to fulfill the obligations stated in this clause, the Casino has the right to full compensation for all expenses related to this error or defect, including any costs incurred due to the relevant error/defect and the failure to notify the Casino.
Duration and Contract Termination
- You have the right to close your account (including deleting your username and password) at any time by contacting us via email: [email protected].
- Until you receive confirmation of your account closure, you are responsible for all activities that occur on your account up to the point when it is fully deleted by the Company.
- The Company has the right to deduct any commission or other amount you owe to the Company from your account before closing it.
- According to these Terms, if your account is canceled, neither party shall have any further obligations toward the other.
- The Company may immediately delete your account (including username and password) without prior notice if:
- Your account is linked to an account that was deleted.
- Your account is linked to existing blocked accounts. This gives us the right to close the account, regardless of how it was connected to them, and to block the credentials of those accounts. Except as otherwise stated in the Terms, any remaining balance on your account will be returned to you within a specified period upon your request, after deducting the amount owed to the Company.
- You attempt to hack the system or engage in collusion.
- You have interfered with or manipulated the software.
- You use your account for purposes that are illegal under applicable law, such as attempting to access the website from a country where gambling is prohibited.
- You post degrading or offensive content on the website.
- We may close your account and terminate the Terms by sending you an email notification to the address listed in your contact information. In any such case of termination on our part — except where the account closure and termination of Terms falls under section 11 ('Collusion, Deceptive Actions, Fraud, and Criminal Activity') or section 18 ('Violation of Terms') of these Terms — we will return the remaining funds from your balance.
Website Changes

System Errors

- Neither we, nor our employees or agents, nor our partners or suppliers are liable for any damages, including lost winnings, arising from errors made by you or by us.
- The casino, its directors, employees, partners, service providers: • do not guarantee that the software and website will always be error-free; • do not guarantee that the website and/or games will be available without interruptions; • are not responsible for any loss, cost, expense, or damage, whether direct or indirect, incidental or otherwise, related to your use of the website or participation in games.

Limitation of Our Liability
